Minor material amendment to planning permission ref. 22/AP/0673 (Conversion of two flats to one single family dwellinghouse; construction of a ground floor side infill and rear extension; a first floor side extension; an L-shaped rear dormer roof extension with a roof terrace at second floor level; and the installation of 1x rooflight to the front roofslope) to amend the design of the ground floor rear extension to consist of a pitched roof and to raise the party wall. The amendment seeks the following: - to change the upper flat from a 3 bedroom to a 2 bedroom unit; - change the metal balustrade to a glass balustrade at second floor level; and - change to the window size at second floor level.
