The amendment seeks the following: minor alterations to the design to reflect an increase in height, width and depth. Minor adjustment to plant space obscured from public view. Alterations to the entrances to omit the top light and adjusting the height of the front doors and bathroom windows to match. Installation of PV panels to the roof.

Variation of condition 4 (External materials), 7a (Enclosure), 10 (Windows), 11(Privacy screens), of planning permission 17/1317/FUL, dated 15/11/2017 for `Demolition of the existing building and erection of a four storey building to provide 18no self-contained flats with basement parking. Associated works'. Amendments to include provision of MOE routes, enclosures to fire stairs, alterations to refuse store and collection areas, alterations to landscaping and private amenity areas, alterations to fenestration including removal of 1no window from front elevation, and insertion of door on rear elevation, replacement of refuse lift with refuse tow buggy, internal alterations to layout of units, alterations to roof to facilitate stair roof access, introduction of ventilation louvre.` Variation to include amendment to the Brick Selection, Balcony Decking and finish to concrete roofs to incorporate waterproofing.
