Variation of condition 2 on approved planning permission 22/00883/HOUSE (Partial demolition of existing dwelling with erection of two storey extension with retention of remaining dwelling as annexe accommodation and extensions to existing garage)

Approval of condition 14 (Prior to the construction of the basement level proposed to No.58, details of the method for disposal of material to be extracted to form the basement) of planning permission PL/22/3733/VRC - Variation of condition 14 (approved plans) of application PL/22/1554/VRC relating to variations of the original planning permission PL/20/3713/FA for demolition of existing two dwellings and erection of two new dwellings and garages with re-positioned vehicular access to allow for the following design changes : No56 1. Widen the first floor by 1.2m (with consequential changes to the rear elevation windows & doors). 2. Amend & extend the single storey side element to provide a link between the house & garage. 3. Alter garage to provide additional living accommodation within the roofspace. 4. Reposition the main house 0.75m further away from the northern side boundary and No54 Camp Road. No58 1. Provide a basement. 2. Enlarge the existing single storey element at the rear of the house in order to house a swimming pool. 3. Move the house 2.25m further back from the road. 4. Increase the extent of glazing to the 'Dining Room' & 'Master Bedroom 2' on the rear elevation.
