Installation of 3No. tripods supporting 6No. antennas (2 each) on steel beams, relocation of existing cabinets on new grillage on steel roof spanning beams on concrete plinth, 6No. steel beams to support tripods, 1100mm high safety rail and ancillary development thereto.

Installation of 5no. cooling units to North Wing roof, install external door in copper clad 'box' and improvements to North Wing entrance.

Installation of 6no. air source heat pumps within a louvred plant enclosure on the nw rear section of roof including insulated flow and return pipework and electricity supply cabling to and from the heat pump units on the roof, through the parapet wall, rising and dropping within the internal north courtyard area to the basement plant room and electrical switch room.
