Part Retrospective: Construction of two storey rear infill extension, removal of existing roof form and provision of new roof form to accommodate accommodation in the roof space, increase in height of two storey side projection, installation of front/rear dormer windows, conversion of garage to habitable accommodation, internal alterations and alterations to fenestration detail.

Variation of condition 1 (approved plans) pursuant to planning application 21/AP/0061 'Construction of a rear dormer extension and installation of a light shaft at the rear upper ground level, which will reduce the size of the garage in size to incorporate a cinema room, whilst still retaining the same quantum of parking'. Proposed changes include to change the design of the rear dormer and to add 2 no. conservation roof lights to the front roof slope.

Construction of side roof extension, front and rear roof dormer side extensions to facilitate loft conversion, single storey side rear extension and conversion of garage into habitable room.

Alterations and extensions to roof line to front of property, construction of new dormer to east elevation, insertion of rooflights, cladding of front and rear of building in timber and revised fenestration. Double hip-to-gable roof extensions on garage, new dormer to door head, insertion of rooflights and cladding of building in timber.
