Variation of Conditions 1 'Approved Plans' of planning permission ref. no. 22/AP/1797: Minor Material Amendment for full planning permission 20/AP/1119 dated 11/06/2020 for Conversion of the existing first and second upper floors to 2 x 3 bedroom residential self-contained flats with associated refuse storage and the erection of a rooftop extension to form additional 1 x 1 bedroom flat: - Square off the diagonal corner to the front elevation; - Extend the proposed structure to the rear by 0.48m; - Increase the internal floor to ceiling height by way of raising the structure's height; - Internal reconfiguration to provide x1 additional bedroom - Re-organisation of front and side elevation to correspond with internal reconfiguration. Application to vary conditions 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of planning consent 202104 for the proposed change of use from offices to residential to create 4 no. flats � 1 no. one bedroom and 3 no. two bedroom - plus the erection of a single storey front extension to form a bin store, part conversion of existing garage to habitable accommodation and cycle storage, erection of privacy screen in rear courtyard and changes to fenestration. Condition 2 relates to the approved documents; condition 3 to conservation details; condition 4 to a construction method statement; condition 5 to landscaping details, and condition 6 to a ventilation strategy. The variation is to allow replacement of existing windows, removal of a partially glazed partition and addition of low-level lighting, plus submission of details relating to conservation, construction, landscaping and ventilation.
