Conversion of first floor and attic of listed building to single flat/maisonette. Enlargement of 2 No. dormers and insertion of 2 No. proposed rooflights to rear of listed building. Insertion of new doorset behind existing doorset to front of listed building. Reinstatement of personnel door to side of listed building.
