Application to certify that the proposed demolition of existing single storey outrigger and garage, erection of single storey rear and side extension, erection of single storey side extension, alterations to roof to form hip to gable, formation of 1no. rear dormer in association with loft conversion and alterations to fenestration and soil and vent pipes is lawful development.

Application to vary conditions 2 and 4 of planning consent 191128 for the proposed single storey rear extension, following the demolition of existing garage; conversion of existing loft space to create habitable accommodation plus erection of a side dormer (part retrospective). Condition 2 refers to the approved documents and condition 4 to the restriction of permitted development rights.
