Variation of condition no. 2 of planning permission 19/03805/FUL to facilitate an altered design including changed roof and wall materials of the approved conversion of garage and outbuildings to form 1 no. dwelling (that included demolition of single storey extension, erection of 1 no. single storey and 1 no. two storey extensions, raising of roof height, installation of cladding, installation of 4 no. roof lights and alterations to fenestration).

Section 73 application for variation of Condition 03 of PLAN/2019/0026 (Allowed on Appeal: Ref: APP/A3655/W/19/3229532) (Subdivision of plot following part demolition of existing dwelling with erection of a single storey rear extension, front entrance porch, loft conversion with front and rear dormer windows to existing dwelling to form a 3 bedroom dwelling and the erection of a detached 3 bedroom chalet style dwelling) to allow for a revised internal layout and alterations to the roof pitch of the proposed new dwelling, House 2.

Application to vary conditions 2, 3 and 7 of application 212778 for the proposed raising of the roof and erection of a first floor side extension, conversion of the existing garage to habitable space, erection of a single storey rear extension, a front canopy roof and a side canopy roof following demolition of existing garage, changes to fenestration, installation of 2 no. roof lights and demolition of detached outbuilding. Condition 2 refers to approved details, condition 3 to external materials and condition 7 to retention of trees and shrubs. The variation is to allow the substitution of drawings, changes to materials and alterations to landscaping, plus a change to the wording of condition 7.
