Variation (under Section 73) of conditions 2 (matching materials) and 3 (approved plans) to change the type and colour of the windows, replacement and proposed windows, from timber white as approved to high performance windows alu-clad triple glazed in cement grey colour RAL 7033 by Norrsken and to replace the existing bay window with a patio door in the ground floor bedroom and add a column to support the roof overhang. Substitute those plans approved under planning permission 20/00914/FULL for single storey rear extensions with accommodation in the roof space, new front and rear raised patios with front entrance canopy, replacement of the existing roof incorporating hip to gable alterations with x6 dormers and x5 rooflights and alterations to fenestration, including relocation of the front entrance door, following demolition of the existing conservatory.

Application to vary condition 2 of planning consent 210607 for the householder application for the proposed erection of a single storey rear extension with the insertion of 1 no. rooflight following demolition of existing conservatory, the erection of a first floor side extension to create habitable accommodation, associated roof alterations, alterations to porch canopy roof to form a hipped roof, plus changes to fenestration. Condition 2 refers to approved details and the variation is to extend the width of the side extension by 500mm.
