H1 Mixed screen (mainly laurel) on rear boundary: Reduce height by approx. 1.5m to an even level, retain height at approx. height of gutter line on house to rear. Trim inner face to a neat, tight finish maintaining a live green screen at all times. SG2 2 x mixed shrubs to font of H1: Trim over to a neat rounded shape. TG3 2 x Quince on either side of the garden: Reduce both trees to form more compact crown dimensions, by the pruning of longer protruding growth back into the internal framework. Evenly thin internal crown by the removal of crowded and crossing growth to increase airflow through canopy. All cuts to be made to suitable secondary growth points where possible maintaining shape and form

1no. Norway Spruce- Remove. It has caused problems with sewer drainage and concerns for house foundations

T1. Lilac, to be dismantled and removed to ground level due to close proximity to house, severe over shading inc the neighbour's house/garden and having little amenity value. One of the large limbs currently rests upon the shed roof, the applicant has drainage problems due to debris
