Erection of single storey side link extension between house and garage, alterations to fenestration with replacement windows and doors and one new window opening and addition of 2 roof light windows to first floor, new flue, new external retaining wall and steps. Internal alterations for conversion of loft space in the garage and install new spiral staircase, removal of partition walls and doors, install new partition walls and doors, infill doorway.

Conversion of outbuilding and listed granary for incidental residential purposes; creation of link between the two buildings; erection of a rear extension to the outbuilding; addition of new windows/doors and internal alterations to the outbuilding; reinstatement of lead flashings to granary roof.
