Demolition of single storey rear extension, covered store and conservatory. Construction of part single part two storey rear and side extensions. Creation of first floor infill extension to form link roof with alterations to roof including raising ridge heights. Removal of first floor pitched roof to west elevation and replacement with glass balustrade to form roof terrace. Removal of front porch and erection of new front porch. Alterations to fenestration and insertion of roof lights and first floor side dormer.
