Erection of a two and single storey extension to side, loft conversion including roof lights and rear dormer and conversion of garage to playroom (Amendment to application 20/00026/FUH)

Amendment to approved application number DM2020/00486 which allowed the 'Demolition of existing garage, erection of a two-storey rear/side extension, alterations to the front fenestration, formation of a front entrance canopy and conversion of loft space involving alterations to existing roofline, dormer extensions at rear and rooflights to front and flank roof slopes' to allow alterations to the ground floor fenestration to the east elevation, first floor fenestration to the west elevation, a 0.45m front extension and use of grey tiles to the roof.
