Amendment of approved application DC/077352. Conversion of existing loft space and erection of new roof dormer with new bedroom with en suite bathroom. Conversion of existing cellar chamber into new bedroom with shower & lounge space, to include handrails to front steps, railings to side wall, alterations to front door and paving to front garden
