Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 23rd October 2020 (RN:19/09638/FULL) for the Demolition of existing community centre (Use Class D1) and nursery (Use Class D1) buildings and associated structures and replacement with three blocks (Blocks A, B and C) to create residential dwellings (Use Class C3), office floorspace (Use Class B1), cafe (Use Class A1), replacement community space (Use Class D1) and replacement nursery (Use Class D1). Landscaping and public realm alterations (including to the base of Wilmcote House); provision of car parking and cycle parking, refuse storage; provision of new boundary treatment; alterations to services; plant and associated works from RN:19/09638/FULL. Namely, to allow alterations to the tenure to 100% affordable housing, internal alterations including removal of built in wardrobes, alterations to windows and doors (internal and external), amend curtain wall panels, alter rainwater pipe location, new canopies to entrances, alterations to materials to part of nursery, alterations to heat network, elevation changes, alterations to Harrow Road public realm.

Demolition of the single storey back addition and rear outbuildings attached to the rear of the main building; erection of side and rear extensions at lower ground, upper ground and first floor level, erection of a rear roof extension to replace the existing dormer window, excavation beneath the main building in connection with the creation of a new basement and the formation of a roof terrace at upper ground floor level to the main building; change of use of the main building from office (Class E) into 2 x two bedroom self-contained flats; erection of a part one storey plus-basement single family dwellinghouse in the rear garden; erection of a new boundary wall with three new entrances to the side elevation; associated landscaping and external alterations.

Demolition of existing single storey garage and erection of a replacement single storey outbuilding in the rear garden with doors and window openings to use as home office; erection of new external steps to replace existing incorporating a link corridor between the main building and the replacement outbuilding, and associated landscaping in the rear garden; installation of new doors to replace the existing door and windows at lower ground floor level to the rear elevation of main dwelling; replacement of existing garage shutter doors with new timber screen entrance gates to side boundary wall and reinstatement of pavement outside of the site following removal of dropped kerb.

Change of use from office to dwellinghouse, demolition of porch, erection of a two-storey side/front extension to form an annex, new front porch, provision of new roof with front and rear dormer windows, new boundary walls, entrance gates with stone pillars, removal of trees and landscaping works
