Single storey front infill extension, single storey rear extension, raising and extension to roof with 1 No. rear Juliet balcony, 1 No. side dormer and 14 No. rooflights to provide additional habitable accommodation, solar panels, alterations to fenestration, addition of rendered external insulation following removal of external chimney, garage conversion, raised decking patio with rear steps and balustrade, new drive and boundary walls.

Variation of Condition 2 (plan numbers) pursuant to planning permission 20/1000/FUL (Demolition of existing dwelling, subdivision of the site to provide two semi-detached bungalows with accommodation in the roof space served by front and rear dormers, provision of new vehicular access, associated car parking and amenity space) to include alterations to the approved rear dormer windows; alteration to approved front elevation and external finishes, front landscaping and internal alterations to Unit 1. Removal of conditions 3 (external materials), 6 (boundary treatment) and 7 (waste and recycling storage).
