Alterations to existing house, conversion of adjacent barn to form additional residential accommodation, construction of glazed cloister to link existing house with barn and conversion of barn to west of house to form home office and change of use of land to residential.

The repair and conversion of the existing Listed Gatehouse to provide residential accommodation; internal alterations to the reconstructed Rose Inn Building to provide office / retail accommodation (Class E (g) (i) and Class E (a, b and c); Construction of an infill building between the north gable end of the Gatehouse and the west gable end of the Rose Inn Building; Construction of a new 'L' shape 2 and 3 storey wing from the south gable end of the Gatehouse to accommodate residential units for the adjacent University.

Alterations involving new shopfront to Iceland superstore, construction of extension to the existing building at first, second floor and roof level and a new built two storey extension at the rear of the site along Fellmongers Yard to provide a total 8 new residential units with communal and first floor level private amenity areas; two additional storey extension to partly include residential accomdmation and additional office accommodation along Church Street.
