Variation of condition 3 of application of application 17/01527/OUT (Outline application for the construction of a 55 bed assisted living and a 77 bed care home development together with associated communal facilities, access, basement car, cycle and mobility scooter parking, refuse storage area, landscaped grounds and associated works following demolition of existing buildings. Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 07 August 2019 (19/04538/FULL) for external and internal alterations including the extension to the existing rear conservatory and creation of a roof terrace.
