Application to vary condition 1 (approved drawings) of planning permission Ref: DM2020/00147 for the 'Erection of a part one, part two storey rear extension, alteration to existing roofline, installation of a first floor window to flank elevation, conversion of the existing garage into a habitable room, demolition of existing detached outbuilding and erection of a single storey detached outbuilding in rear garden and provision of a raised deck to rear' to allow for the conversion of loft space involving alterations to existing roofline, a dormer extension to rear roofslope and rooflights to front, rear and flank roofslopes.
