Existing 2nd shopfront entrance to be replaced with fixed windows, together with a proposed new shopfront entrance to be fitted into the existing window position.

Garage conversion into habitable room, ground floor rear extension and elevational alterations to include replacement of all windows and doors.

Single storey rear extension, alterations to fenestration to include garage conversion, internal alterations and removal of existing chimney.

Removal of flat roof garage and projecting bay window to side to be replaced with single storey side infill extension, new garage with pitched roof, partial garage conversion and elevational alterations.

Garage conversion and single storey side extension to existing single storey house including removal of chimney on side hipped roof, replacement of all external windows and doors and reconstruction of porch.

Single storey rear extension, loft conversion with set back gable and rear elevation dormers, side roof window and elevational alterations.

Loft conversion and addition of dormers on all sides. Infill extension to the front of the building. Addition of obscure glazed windows on the side facing walls of the dormers. Roof Alterations
