The application seeks the redevelopment of 2 sites on the Ashmole Housing Estate as follows: Site 1: Demolition of the existing Tenant's Hall at 2 Meadow Road SW8 1QB and erection of a part 4, part 5 storey building to include a new tenants hall (Use Class D1) at ground floor level and 15 residential flats (Use Class C3) at upper floor levels together with provision of refuse/recycling and cycle storage and associated landscaping.
