Variation of Conditions 31 and 32 of planning permission dated 30 March 2022 (21/07642/FULL) for the demolition of existing mansard roof and roof level plant and construction of two storey vertical roof addition with extensions at fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh floor levels for additional office (Class B1) floorspace. Use of the lower ground and basement level for flexible/alternative office (Class B1)/retail (Class A1)/leisure uses (Class D2); car parking, cycle parking, ancillary office uses and mechanical plant. Alterations to the existing building including new windows and entrance, new terraces to eighth and tenth floor levels and new plant enclosure at roof level and associated works; and amendments to car parking provision (retention of the public car park), alterations to the cycle parking provision and basement layouts and reduction in flexible commercial floorspace; namely, to amend the wording of Conditions 31 and 32 to require the landscaping of the first floor terrace to be carried out in accordance with the submitted details.

Variation of Conditions 1 and 5 of planning permission dated 10 November 2021 (RN: 21/02084/FULL) for demolition of first floor and roof behind retained front façade, erection of enlarged first floor storey and roof above, erection of single storey side (south) extension, replacement roof to side (north) projection, alterations to rear projection, alterations to windows, use of both garages as internal living accommodation, alterations to landscaping to side and rear and other alterations; NAMELY, to amend the number, size and location of windows, addition of flue to rear and to amend the Sustainability Report.

Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 05 June 2020 (RN: 19/08751/FULL) for, 'Erection of rear extensions at second, third and fourth floor levels to incorporate a new lift; demolition of existing mansard roof and erection of replacement mansard; demolition and replacement of rear courtyard floor slab; installation of air conditioning units at roof level and under pavement basement vaults; demolition and rebuild of two chimney stacks on the mews; replacement of windows on all elevations of the main house, demolition and re-building of rear ground floor toilet annexe, and associated internal and external works'; NAMELY, to allow the reduction in width of the consented new southern rear windows on the second, third and fourth floors; amendment to consented rear walk on roof light panes in courtyard to align glazing bars with door openings above; addition of wall lights either side of front light well basement entrance door; addition of security cameras on the front and rear ground floor elevations; installation of an intercom to the right of the main entrance door; new handrail and balusters to staircase between second and fourth floor; and various internal alterations to all floors, landscaping works to the rear courtyard comprising rendering; stone paving; installation of light fixtures and installation of trellis panels.
