To the ground floor extension, the application seeks permission to raise the roof ridge and eaves height, revise the rooflight arrangement (removing a rear rooflight and installing a larger front rooflight), and revise the ground floor rear and front fenestration. Introduction of 2 x flank windows at second floor level, and 2 x flank windows at first floor level.
