Amendment to permission ref: 19/00106/FULL1 (granted for proposed replacement detached dwelling of two storey design to that permitted within application 92/00944 (which remains extant) to be served by existing detached garage and parking, along with provision of secure bin and bicycle storage) to include the addition of a front dormer and front roof light, replacement of rear bedroom window with a Juliet balcony with sliding doors, groundworks in the front garden with formation of parking space and steps, erection of a 1.8m high brick wall on boundary with 2 Norlands Gate, and a low rise brick boundary wall to the front garden.
