Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to carry out development without compliance with Condition 1 (Approved Plans) of Planning Permission ref: 21/03750/FUL (Demolition of existing house and erection of three storey dwellinghouse (including accommodation in roofspace) and erection of new boundary fencing to left hand side and installation of new entrance gate) dated 26/01/2022. Variation to consist of the following changes by removing single storey room at rear, amendments to roof form of two storey front extension and alterations to the pitch of the main roof slope, including increasing the width of the rear dormer window and scale of the front dormer windows, alteration to window scale and detailing, adding obscure glazed windows to the side elevations, and materials to front and rear elevations; replacing the front side boundary on the right hand side; and addition of solar panels, and air-conditioning units relocated at high level towards the rear of the house.

Variation of condition 2 and 6 of application 21/01150/FUL (Demolition of attached garage and store and removal of chimney stack. Two storey side extension to create two new one bedroom flats. New windows and entrance canopy to existing building. Construction of new driveway with new extended drop kerbed crossover) to change the internal layout on the drawings from two 1 bedroom dwellings to a single 2 bed duplex dwelling and minor alterations to cycle, refuse and amenity provision.

Variation of condition 2 of planning permission F/TH/21/0354 for the change of use from 1No 3bed dwelling to 4No 1bed and 1No 3bed self-contained flats, together with the erection of a two storey rear extension, second floor roof extension, 3No rear dormers, removal of shopfront, replacement of windows and roof tiles and alterations to fenestration following demolition of existing single storey rear extension to allow alterations to roof
