Erection of a rear roof extension, involving an increase in the ridge height by 300mm; erection of a rear extension at second floor level, over part of the proposed replacement two storey rear extension; erection of a replacement two storey rear extension following the demolition of existing at ground and first floor level; erection of a single storey rear extension at ground floor level, to the side of proposed replacement two storey rear extension; replacement of existing roof tiles with natural slate to the front roofslope; replacement of existing windows with new hardwood timber sliding sash windows, to the front elevation at ground and first floor level; repositioning and alterations of existing window openings to facilitate new replacement windows, to the rear and side elevations at first floor level; installation of new charred timber fencing to replace existing side boundary wall, demolition of the existing garden shed; re-paving of the front garden and erection of a new bike/garden shed in the rear garden; landscaping of the rear garden to include installation of low level raised planters.

Refurbishment and alterations to the existing school, including first floor extension and alterations to the roof of the former caretaker's cottage, extension over an existing flat roof to create a corridor link to main building, partial replacement of windows and doors, replacement canopy to cottage entrance, replacement fence to northern boundary between the Greswell building and the Bridge Academy, erection of storage timber shed, and associated external works.

Internal and external alterations including: Removal of later dilapidated single storey extension to South East corner; removal of modern conservatory; removal of most modern casement type windows to be replaced with new sash windows; adjustment of existing opening between house and conservatory (to be removed); adjustment in shape of pitched roof to Southern range; formation of internal door opening between existing kitchen and existing entrance hallway; removal of internal walls forming existing cloakroom/wc; removal of internal wall between two existing bedrooms; new build extension to listed Fort House; new build residential ancillary block containing leisure and home working facilities and guest suite; new build garage; removal of two existing garages/large sheds; removal of a tennis court and surrounding fence; general landscaping works; conservation repairs to Water Tower, boundary wall and store/old Gaol; new external steps and glazed enclosure to mid level of Water tower to provide interpretation facilities for the historic Battery and Fort Site
