The repair and conversion of the existing Listed Gatehouse to provide residential accommodation; internal alterations to the reconstructed Rose Inn Building to provide office / retail accommodation (Class E (g) (i) and Class E (a, b and c); Construction of an infill building between the north gable end of the Gatehouse and the west gable end of the Rose Inn Building; Construction of a new 'L' shape 2 and 3 storey wing from the south gable end of the Gatehouse to accommodate residential units for the adjacent University.

Alterations and extensions comprising of a reduction in the size of the existing Vape Emporium premises (Use Class A1), provision of a larger convenience retail store (Use Class A1) with ancillary bakery/cafe facilities and construction of a first floor extension to provide new residential accommodation (Use Class C3)
