Oak situated on fence between garden and vegetable plot/field crown cleaning due to damaged branches falling near property

T1 - Dismantle and remove to fence level

Clean wound of branch that has fallen out, removal of hanging branches higher up, removal of split branches in lower canopy overhanging fence of adj property of cedar tree

Crown raising of all trees abutting footpath to 2.5m and cutting back to fence line to prevent obstruction of the highway. Crown raising of all trees over the highway to 5m to prevent obstruction of high sided vehicles accessing roadway. Prune all any branches to ensure a 3m clearance from all buildings and structures. Extent of clearance work identified as red line on attached sketch plan.

Crown thinning for T1, to allow more light and less follage onto property. Trees adjacent appear to have already had this process. T2 has a forked trunk and rogue branches which are causing concern for damage to fence and overhang. Crown reduction for this tree to change shape, this will also provide less follage which has damaghed to the grounds of (plot 26) No 53 Pomegranate Road.

T1 - Oak Crown lift 5.5m above ground level (house side only) T2 - Lime Remove basal epicormic growth and crown lift 5.5m above ground level.Home owner wishes to remove encroaching branches from the property boundary to allow access to replace existing fence.

Maple Tree TPO 301 requires pruning. Blocking light to hose and garden, overhanging into garden cresting excessive mmess from seeds and leaves. Close to house and fence so concerned that danmage may be caused. 3 to 3.5 metre from ground crown lidt and 20% crown reduction to resolve issues whilst keeping shape of tree. This work would also assist the maintenance of the grass verge.
