T1 Leyland Cypress hedge - Trim top to height of already-trimmed eastern section, across full depth of hedge, to leave a level finish. T2 Cherry - Lightly reduce crown by approximately 1m, to leave a balanced, tidy shape. T3 Magnolia x 2 - Reduce height to match pruned stems immediately-adjacent to house (approximately 5m). T4 Laurel and Yew - Carry out annual trim on top of laurel hedge, removing approximately 0.5m and trim roadside face as necessary. Reduce eastern branches of Yew (overhanging garage roof) by 1-2m. T1 Monkey puzzle tree - Crown raise to give a minimum 2m clearance above house roof, and reduce crown by 1.5-2m. SUBJECT TO TPO 651 (17.11.1989)

T1 Oak Tree located south of New Orchard House, 2A Monks Orchard Road - Prune back to boundary fence line with lower lateral limbs requiring circa 3m to be pruned from their length on the northern side of tree. T1 Large Ash on turning circle- Remove 1 lowest branch to allow light through. T2 Large Sycamore on Island -Remove smaller secondary stems and epicormic growth up to crown break. T3 Large Maple on eastern boundary, beyond fence - Remove 1 large low bough against Ash. T4 "Bendy Sycamore"on east boundary beyond fence line - Remove smaller upright stem. T5 Small Sycamore on eastern boundary with broken stem resting in adjacent Birch- Remove damaged stem back to source. T6 Large Lime within sunken area towards front of property - Lift crown by removal of 4 lowest branches. T7 Large Mature Sycamore at front of driveway - Reduce low boughs on northern side to give minimum 2m clearance to BT lines. T8 Large Elm on west boundary, within neighbouring property - Remove 1 low branch. Remove secondary branches on main large scaffold to lift crown over drive. Reduce remaining crown on eastern side to allow light and space to Birch below. T8/9 Two previously pruned Sycamore within neighbouring property, close to corner of house - Prune to reduce overhang to give space to BT lines. SUBJECT TO TPO 16 (9.3.1965)

T1 Yew x4 - Reduce the crown in height by 2m and in lateral spread by 1-2m. T2 Sycamore - Reduce the crown by removing (thinning out) the longest branchlet from the end of each branch and thin the remaining crown by 10%. Reduce the lateral spread on the north side of the crown (toward the house) by 2m, to maintain clearance. T3 Sycamore - Crown lift to provide a ground clearance of 5-6m. T8 Scots Pine - Remove.
