Non Material Amendment of DC/21/4694/FUL - 1.Extension to existing C20 extension, 2.Remove partition between Dining room and Hall, 3.Alterations to cross partition, 4.Raise first floor landing, 5. Cover second floor staircase and move bedroom door, 6. Remove attic cupboard, 7. Install under floor heating system, 8. Replace external windows. 9.Replace external render and 10. Demolish outbuildings and construct new studio and guest accommodation. - The approval included a pitched roof canopy above the entrance door supported by brackets on the wall, the change is to support the roof by oak posts and open studwork as shown on drawing 16. There are no changes to the design or size of the roof.

Non Material Amendment of DC/20/3709/FUL - Shed (3.0m x 2.4m) - Vary the design from that of a garden shed to a garden summerhouse with a pent style roof, more window area and glass doors so that it has amenity as a studio, recreational space rather than as storage. It will be constructed of 20mm secret nail Redwood cladding, C24 grade Redwood internal framework, EDPM firestone rubbber roof, PVC doors and windows as per drawings attached. The approved location footprint (2.4 x 3.0m rectangular base) and maximum height of 2.46m will be retained

Non Material Amendment of DC/21/3255/FUL - Demolition of existing single storey kitchen extension and provision of two storey extension to provide an additional bedroom in combination with a first-floor shower room and the re-ordering of the existing staircase and general ground floor accommodation. Reconfiguration of the bay window roofs on the front elevation - The original approval included a glassed roof conservatory to the rear of the premises. The conservatory is to remain the same size, but will now have a solid flat roof in lieu of the approved glass roof. The bedroom window above the conservatory is a fire escape window and East Suffolk Building Control have advised a flat roof would be a far better option in terms of means of escape from the first floor bedroom. The flat roof will also provide better insulation and therefore be warmer in the winter in cooler in the summer

Non Material Amendment of DC/22/2490/FUL - Demolition of the existing glazed extension to the rear elevation of a two storey residential dwelling and construction of a replacement single storey rear extension - Amendments include: alterations to the roof pitch, material changes and window/rooflight arrangements.
