Amendments to planning permission dated 23 June 2015 (RN:15/00132/FULL) for, 'Excavation beneath footprint of building, rear garden and garage; erection of single storey rear extension at lower ground floor level with external terrace above; alterations and extensions at roof level including creation of roof terrace; excavation beneath pavement vaults; and associated alterations (including plant to rear); all to enlarge dwellinghouse (Class C3)'; NAMELY, to omit the proposed demolition within the party wall with 4 Audley Square, retain the existing lift and alter the internal layout.

Amendments to planning permission dated 8 August 2018 (RN:18/03076/FULL) for the: Excavation to extend the lower ground floor and increase floor-to-ceiling height, demolition of existing conservatory and erection of extension to side elevation, and erection of infill extension to rear elevation at lower ground floor level all to enlarge dwellinghouse (Class C3). Alterations to rear elevation including infilling existing window and creation of 3no. new windows at second, third and fourth floor level. Removal of existing tree to front boundary. Installation of mechanical plant to fourth floor roof terrace, all in connection with the existing single family dwelling (Class C3). NAMELY, to allow increasing the height of the three new front ground floor windows of the new extension car park side of the house and to the ground floor level window, configuration to the rear elevation and retention of existing brickwork.

Amendments to planning permission dated 16 April 2018 (RN: 18/01436/FULL) which itself varied Conditions 1 and 6 of planning permission dated 18 August 2017 (RN: 17/03791) for the demolition of rear extensions and erection of a new extension at the lower ground to the fourth floor levels, excavation of a basement to the rear of the main dwelling, replacement windows, refurbishment of the front pavement vaults and associated alterations in connection with the use of property as a single family dwelling house; namely the modification of roof level acoustic enclosure.

NAMELY, to allow amendments to window detail at basement level on front (west) building elevation.
