Non-material amendment to planning application ref: 2020/02024/VAR granted 11th March 2021 for the 'Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings), Condition 8 (telecommunications equipment), Condition 9 (plant noise levels), Condition 11 (Extraction and Odour Control system), and Condition 16 (Sustainable Drainage Strategy) to allow minor material amendments to planning permission reference: 2019/00732/FUL dated 26th March 2020, as amended by 2020/03187/NMAT, for the "Alterations and extensions to the Grade II listed building including the demolition of the summer house, erection of a part-one, part-two and part-three storey extension and excavation of a basement beneath the extension, in connection with the use of the site as a 32-bedroom nursing home (Use Class C2) together with the demolition and replacement of front and side boundary walls, and re-instatement of a means of access to the highway on Daisy Lane."
