Amendments sought are alterations to the layout of the approved ground floor with a reconfiguration of the reception area of the hotel and removal of the A1 coffee shop unit; and associated alterations to the shopfront to remove the entrance doors to the A1 unit." Amendment sought is the demolition of the existing substation and replacement in same location.
