Minor material amendment to planning permission 22/P/2516/FUH (Proposed erection of a single storey rear extension and loft conversion with front and rear dormers) to allow for the raising of the roof height by a maximum of 500mm, increase the size of the front gable over the front bay window, addition of two rooflights (one on either side of the South & North Elevation) and to raise the height of the rear dormer by 400mm.

Non-material amendment to application 22/P/1710/FUH (Demolition of existing ground floor side extension, erection of ground floor rear extension, front porch extension. Conversion of garage to habitable accommodation, installation of pitched roof above garage with rear dormer to accommodate loft conversion.) to reduce the degree of glazing on the North West, South East and South West elevations detailed in the approved plans.

Non material amendment to application 21/P/0806/FUH ( Demolition of existing garage and single storey side extension, erection of a 2 storey side extension, single storey rear extension, loft conversion and rear dormer. ) to allow the east elevation gable end roof eaves projection to be reduced and replaced with Cloaked Dry Verge Rood Tiles - similar colour to existing roof tiles.
