Erection of a hip to gable rear dormer roof extension and installation 2 front rooflights. First proposed material change is the modification of existing large glazing unit that combines a fixed and an operable window. Proposed change separates this large unit into two separate items: one fixed oriel window and one operable window in order to reduce solar heat gain. Second proposed material change is the modification of existing cladding tiles into larger cladding tiles, retaining their materiality and colour in order to reduce the number of fixings which constitute weak points in water retention and insulation layer.
