Non-material amendment to planning permission ref: 2022/01550/FUL dated 2nd August 2022 for the 'Erection of a rear roof extension; installation of 3no. rooflights in the front roofslope; erection of 1.7 metre high obscure glazed screens on top of the flat roof of existing back addition at second floor level, in connection with the formation of a roof terrace; installation of a new door to replace existing window to the rear elevation at second floor level, to provide access to the proposed roof terrace.' Amendments sought are alterations to the fenestration to include new rooflight on top of the flat roof, re-positioning of rooflights on the front elevation.
