Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) to allow minor material amendments to planning permission ref: 2021/01164/FUL dated 7th June 2021 for the "Erection of a single storey rear extension to the side of the existing back addition, following the demolition of existing external staircase from ground floor level to first floor level and installation of glazed balustrade to front of remaining door at first floor level; and erection of a single storey rear extension to the rear of the existing back addition." Amendments sought to enlarge the side and rear doors to the ground floor rear extension and the rooflights to the side extension.
