Amendments to planning permission 4th September 2017 (RN: 17/05634/FULL) Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 30 July 2015 (RN 13/07548/FULL) for the alterations and extensions to rear annexe building of The Mandeville Hotel comprising two storey infill extension at ground and mezzanine levels, two storey extension at the podium element, front and side extensions to tower element and a ninth floor roof extension to provide 38 additional bedrooms at upper floor levels (Class C1) and a flexible commercial unit (Use Class A1/A2/A3) at ground and mezzanine floor level. Relocation of plant to podium and tower roof. NAMELY, to vary the description of development and the addition of the following condition No 22 : 'The development hereby permitted shall comprise alterations and extensions to the rear annexe building to provide 38 additional bedrooms at upper floor levels and use of the ground and mezzanine floorspace beneath the tower on Hinde Street as Flexible Use Class E (a), (b) or (c)'.
